Interruptions and Omissions in Service

Whilst we try to keep the standard of this platform high and maintain continuity, the internet isn't an inherently stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays may occur at any time. We don't accept liability arising from any such errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays, or any ongoing obligation to operate this platform (or any part of it). We may vary the specification of the site from time to time without notice.

This site may contain links to other sites which we hope will be of interest. We don't accept responsibility for the content of those sites, the owners of which don't necessarily have any connection with us. Using such links is entirely at your own risk.

Sales Terms & Refund Policy

This section sets out the terms that apply when you purchase a coaching session, retreat, programme, membership, or digital product from Saoirse Brown Coaching.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via our payment processor. Membership is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. On occasion, payment instalments may be offered for certain packages — where available, this will be made clear at the point of purchase.

Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, given their nature. For 1:1 coaching, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations with less notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Membership can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time. If something doesn't feel right with a purchase, please get in touch — we'll always look at it on a case-by-case basis.

A note on coaching

Coaching is a personal development tool and isn't a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. You're responsible for the decisions you make as a result of our work together.

Termination

We may terminate your account and/or deny you access to the site or any part of it (including any services, goods, or information available on or through it) at any time, at our discretion, without explanation or notification.

Liability

We accept no liability for any loss (direct or indirect, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, wasted expenditure, or corruption or destruction of data) arising from your use of the site, and we exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities, or proceedings arising from your use or misuse of this site, and to notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make a claim against you relating to your use of it.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this platform, and any agreements entered into through it, are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform or any agreement made through it.

Changes to These Terms

These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You'll be deemed to accept the amended terms the next time you use the site following any change. If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
