When you visit my platform or shop, Saoirse Brown Coaching ("the Company," "I," "we," "us") learns certain things about you — some automatically, some because you've chosen to share them. This policy covers information collected through my platform, my website, and in any email, text, or other electronic message between you and me.

By using my platform or shop, or by agreeing to my Terms of Service where that option is offered, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the platform, website, or shop.

Children's Privacy

My platform and shop are not intended for anyone under 16 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you're under 16, please don't register, make a purchase, leave comments, or provide any personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, or username) through my platform or shop. If I learn that I've collected information from a child under 16 without appropriate parental consent, I'll delete it. Information You Provide To Me

My platform offers several ways for you to share information with me — filling out forms, opting in to a free resource, contacting me directly, responding to surveys, leaving comments or feedback, or purchasing a coaching session, programme, or membership. I use this information to deliver what you've asked for, to improve what I offer, and to send you relevant offers, updates, and content.

Cookies and Tracking

I (and the platforms I use, including Kajabi and Mailchimp) may use cookies and similar technologies, including social media pixels, to understand how visitors use the site and to tailor advertising on social platforms. Any such tools are used in line with the relevant platform's own policies.

Email Communication

If you email me, I may keep a record of that message, your email address, and my reply, with the same care I apply to any other personal data I hold. This applies whether you're emailing me directly, signing up through a form, or making a purchase.

I keep your email address confidential. I don't sell, rent, or lease my subscriber list to third parties, and I won't share your email address except as set out under "Disclosure of Your Information" below.

Every email I send clearly states who it's from and how to contact me, and includes a simple way to unsubscribe at the bottom. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking that link — this won't affect any transactional emails related to a purchase you've made.

How I Use Your Information

I use your personal information to run my platform and shop, provide the coaching, courses, or resources you've signed up for, keep you informed about your purchases or subscriptions, deliver customer support, and let you know about other offerings that may be relevant to you.

Disclosure of Your Information

I work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers to run my business — including Kajabi (platform hosting and delivery), Mailchimp (email marketing), and my website developer. These providers only access the information they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. I don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Security

I use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors. That said, email isn't a fully secure medium — please avoid sending sensitive personal information by email where possible. If you choose to anyway, it's at your own risk.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

As a UK-based business, I handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data I hold about you, to object to or restrict how it's processed, to request it be transferred elsewhere, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you feel your data hasn't been handled properly.

I only keep your information for as long as I need it, and I only ask for what's genuinely required to provide my services.
